3. Performance Guarantee:

  • While we commit to delivering the best possible results, SEO outcomes depend on various factors including competition, market conditions, and search engine algorithm changes.
  • Refunds are not granted based on the non-achievement of specific rankings or performance metrics, as these cannot be guaranteed.

4. Disputed Transactions:

  • If a client disputes a transaction, we will conduct a thorough review of the case.
  • Any refunds issued after a dispute will be at the sole discretion of Planet Phoenix SEO Agency and will be subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

5. Process for Requesting a Refund:

  • Clients must submit a written refund request via email to our customer support team at contact@planetphoenix.com.
  • The request should include the client’s name, contact information, and a detailed explanation of the refund request.
  • Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.

6. Chargebacks:

  • In the event of a chargeback, Planet Phoenix SEO Agency reserves the right to suspend all ongoing services and/or terminate the contract.
  • We will also pursue legal action if necessary to recover the funds.

7. Amendments to the Refund Policy:

  • Planet Phoenix SEO Agency reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
